The event was organised together with the Lebanese Societies of LSE and University College London (UCL), bringing together students, researchers, policy experts, and members of the Lebanese diaspora.
The conference was part of the wider “Youth for Youth — Lebanese Relief” movement supporting communities in Lebanon affected by the humanitarian crisis and conflict.

The panel featured speakers connected to SOAS Middle East Institute, Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy, and international research institutions focused on Middle Eastern politics and reform.


Discussions focused on Lebanon’s political future, post-conflict recovery, youth advocacy, and the social and economic impact of the crisis.

Building International Dialogue
The initiative aimed to create space for international dialogue and global education around the conflict in Lebanon and the broader Middle East. By connecting students, academics, and diaspora communities at leading London universities, the event helped raise awareness and encourage international engagement and solidarity.
